AI Administrator – Enterprise AI Platform Management

About the role

The AI Administrator is the operational backbone of our enterprise AI program. You will manage user accounts, licenses, governance, and training for AI tools such as Claude Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot, while ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory, and responsible‑AI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provision, de‑provision and assign roles for AI platforms using SSO/SCIM and enforce RBAC.
• Maintain accurate logs of AI accounts, access tiers, cost‑center assignments and generate regular spend reports.
• Track and optimise AI budgets, identify over‑provisioned licenses and unexpected API usage.
• Own the centralized Model Context Protocol (MCP) server registry, evaluate connector requests and enforce allow‑/deny‑lists.
• Monitor MCP health, manage vulnerability patches and coordinate connector lifecycle.
• Evaluate new AI tools, manage Azure cloud infrastructure for agentic AI deployments and lead incident response.
• Design and deliver tiered training programs for users of all skill levels.
• Collaborate with Business Technology Partners and stakeholders to ensure secure, well‑governed AI adoption.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and process‑driven with strong analytical mindset.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Passionate about AI governance, security and cost optimisation.
• Ability to balance access controls with user enablement and change management.

Required skills

• Azure cloud administration.
• Identity management protocols (SSO, SCIM) and role‑based access control (RBAC).
