AI Creative Specialist – Freelance

About the role

The AI Creative Specialist is a hands‑on expert in generative image and video production, working within WITHIN’s AI Creative team to deliver high‑fidelity visuals for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Expertly employ AI image and video models such as Flux, Midjourney, Gemini, MiniMax, Wan, and work in node‑based and API‑driven environments like ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate.
• Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, and graphic designers to integrate AI‑generated assets into final deliverables.
• Develop and refine AI‑driven content creation processes, including prompt architecture, batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets.
• Maintain and improve internal AI creative tools, report bugs, propose features, test releases, and document workflows.
• Oversee quality assurance, ensuring AI outputs meet brand consistency, color, composition, and client expectations.
• Share knowledge through walkthroughs, documentation, and coaching on prompt crafting and model selection.

Required profile

• 3+ years in creative production or AI‑focused role with proven delivery of commercial AI‑generated content.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to align AI outputs with specific brand styles.
• Innovative mindset with a record of experimenting and integrating emerging AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for leading discussions with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI generation platforms: Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate.
• Experience with model training, LoRA conditioning, image‑to‑video and multi‑reference workflows.
• Familiarity with finishing tools: Topaz, Krea, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, and basic scripting for workflow automation.
