AI Creative Specialist

About the role

The AI Creative Specialist is a hands‑on expert in generative image and video production, working within WITHIN’s AI Creative team to deliver high‑fidelity visuals for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize advanced AI models (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini, MiniMax, Wan) and node‑based/API environments (ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate) to generate client‑facing image and video assets.
• Collaborate with motion graphics designers, video editors, and graphic designers to integrate AI‑generated assets into final deliverables while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop and refine AI‑driven workflows, including prompt architecture, batch processing, reference libraries, and reusable presets.
• Maintain and improve internal AI tools: report bugs, propose features, test releases, and document workflows for broader team use.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on AI outputs, ensuring color, composition, and brand alignment meet client expectations.
• Share knowledge through walkthroughs, documentation, and coaching on prompt crafting, model selection, and workflow choices.

Required profile

• 3+ years in creative production or AI‑focused roles with proven delivery of commercial AI‑generated content.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to align AI outputs with specific brand styles.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI generation platforms: Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, MiniMax, Wan.
• Experience in node‑based and API‑driven environments: ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate.
• Familiarity with finishing tools: Topaz, Krea, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of LoRA training, image‑to‑video workflows, and multi‑reference pipelines (preferred).
• Comfort with APIs, JSON, and basic scripting for tool integration.
