AI Designer – Growth Marketing Landing Pages

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Growth Marketing Designer who can leverage AI tools to build high‑converting landing pages and digital assets. The role blends design, copywriting, and rapid experimentation to deliver compelling customer experiences that meet campaign and product objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, iterate, and ship landing‑page copy and layouts using Claude.
• Design visually engaging landing pages in Fable from concept to publication.
• Maintain consistent visual themes across client assets and variants.
• Write and refine AI‑assisted copy that drives action for diverse audiences.
• Collect brand assets and guidelines from clients to inform prompts.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts and reusable components for efficiency.
• Own the workflow from brief through design and copy before hand‑off.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align pages with campaign goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth‑marketing design (landing pages, sites, apps).
• Background in a fast‑paced US‑based design agency or DTC brand.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing landing pages and digital marketing assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C‑level).
• Ability to work full‑time on EST schedule.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Claude (or similar AI content tool).
• Proficiency in Fable for AI‑driven design.
• Advanced skills in Figma or comparable low‑code page builders.
• Proven copywriting ability for blogs, landing pages, and site copy.
