Amazon Category Growth Lead

About the role

Hadley Designs is hiring an Amazon Category Growth Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar product category, with Amazon as the primary growth channel. The role suits a results-driven e-commerce operator who thrives on ownership and accountability, and welcomes candidates with growth experience across e-commerce, DTC or marketplace environments.

The company expects every Category Growth Manager to follow three stages: learn the category playbook, apply it consistently to deliver predictable results, then improve it with new ideas once mastery is shown.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end category performance, including revenue, margin, pricing, advertising and inventory
• Optimize product positioning, content, pricing and promotional strategy
• Identify and validate new product and expansion opportunities
• Manage existing products so they stay relevant and profitable
• Plan inventory and demand to support growth while managing cost and risk
• Work with Product Operations, Supply Chain and Design teams

Required profile

• 5+ years owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, as a brand owner or in a growth team
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
• Comfortable working within defined systems before pushing for change

Required skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
• Ability to make decisions from performance data
