Amazon Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Amazon Media Buyer to join our fast‑growing performance‑marketing agency. You will work with a team of 180+ specialists to drive results for direct‑to‑consumer brands on Amazon, managing both advertising and listing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns, optimizing ACOS, TACoS and overall profitability.
• Develop bid strategies, audience targeting and budget allocation.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data insights.
• Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices and optimise product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend search terms).
• Run iterative tests to improve conversion rates and support inventory forecasting.
• Maintain accurate catalog structure, variations and execute promotions such as Lightning Deals and Coupons.
• Collaborate with fulfillment teams on FBA logistics and with cross‑functional teams (DTC, social, paid media) to align on business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon algorithm updates, trends and platform features.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, e‑commerce or Amazon is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
