Americas Pricing Manager

About the role

The Americas Pricing Manager will join the Tools and Outdoor Pricing Strategy Organization, supporting North America and Latin America. Reporting to the Americas Pricing Leader, you will translate pricing strategy into execution, driving profitable revenue growth through analytics and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Execute pricing strategy for everyday and promotional pricing, including price increase modeling and price pack architecture recommendations.
• Own inflation response modeling, competitive price tracking, promo effectiveness analysis, price‑volume‑mix reporting, and price elasticity modeling.
• Develop and maintain customer pricing tools such as SAP C11 dashboards and price walk analyses.
• Partner with Channel Marketing, Commercial Finance, Sales, and Brand Pricing Leaders to align pricing actions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in pricing, commercial finance or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and business acumen with executive‑level communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
