About the role

Mastercard Services is the professional services arm of Mastercard, offering consulting, data insights, marketing services, loyalty and analytics platforms and more. Its Insights and Enablement team uses data and technology to help Services make smarter decisions and achieve operational excellence. This Analyst position sits within Business Transformation and Revenue Assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of the business environment and engage with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) as an internal consultant to understand their pain points.
• Drive the quality and revenue assurance program so that proper controls are in place to prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps.
• Become a subject matter expert in the centralized team and set up quality checks across the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Develop documentation such as SOPs, process flows and user journey maps.
• Support workstream leads in implementing programs with disciplined program and change management.
• Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency through system enhancements, automation or process changes, keeping daily logs and extracting tactical insights.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience, with a Chartered Accountant or Management degree (internal controls or internal audit experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience driving business or digital transformation, preferably for B2B services organizations.
• Experience in business consulting or handling unstructured situations with first-principles problem solving.
• Exposure to project management and stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Preferred but not essential: B2B sales processes and sales productivity tools such as Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
• Preferred but not essential: data visualization and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
