Analyst I – Data Auditing & Revenue Recovery

About the role

PRGX is seeking an Analyst I to join its global audit team. In this role you will work with client data to identify billing errors, recover revenue, and support the claims process across accounts receivable, accounts payable and procurement functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent audits using client data to detect discrepancies and generate revenue recovery claims.
• Review contracts, agreements and electronic documents to validate claim eligibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide senior‑level research and input on disputed claims.
• Perform quality‑control audits for less‑experienced auditors and share best practices.
• Assist in designing audit tools and developing new audit concepts to increase revenues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for audit activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year professional experience in accounting, auditing or related financial functions.
• Strong understanding of AR, AP and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet audit cycle deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, queries).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience navigating core ERP systems and willingness to learn new platforms.
