Andean & Caribbean FP&A Manager

About the role

Brink's is seeking a MU A&C FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and performance management across its Andean & Caribbean Market Unit, which supports operations across seven countries. The role drives financial visibility, identifies risks and opportunities, supports business decisions and strengthens FP&A governance and best practices in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting and financial target-setting across the Market Unit
• Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Act as a trusted finance business partner for strategic, commercial, operational and investment decisions
• Identify performance gaps, risks and opportunities and drive timely corrective actions
• Enhance FP&A governance, reporting consistency and financial discipline across countries
• Lead and develop a team of FP&A Managers and Analysts while fostering a high-performance culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or related finance functions in multinational, matrix organisations, with exposure to senior leadership and cross-country operations
• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or other ERP/EPM platforms
