About the role
GHL Hoteles is looking for a motivated Kitchen and Pastry Apprentice to join its culinary team in Bogotá. This hands‑on position offers the chance to learn directly from experienced chefs while contributing to the preparation of savory dishes and creative desserts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of recipes for both main courses and pastries.
- Prepare, measure, and organize ingredients according to chef instructions.
- Plate dishes and decorate desserts to meet presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene protocols in the kitchen.
- Support the team with utensil handling and equipment setup.
Required profile
- Passionate about gastronomy and eager to develop professional pastry skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
