Architect – Solution Ownership

About the role

Slalom Build is looking for an Architect‑level Solution Owner to lead high‑velocity Agile software delivery for clients undergoing digital transformation. The role requires on‑site presence in Bogotá and involves guiding large development pods to deliver products on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance, including cadence and Scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into clear user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead delivery teams, manage risks and issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Work with Solution Architects to validate technical approaches and strategies.
• Prepare and deliver client‑facing presentations and artifacts.

Required profile

• Several years of product development experience as a Product, Project, or Program Manager using Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, investigative and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and Lean.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools for documentation, backlog refinement, or prototyping.
• Understanding of cloud AI services from major providers.
