Art & Print Producer

About the role

UFILMS is hiring an experienced Art & Print Producer to support high-impact entertainment marketing campaigns across multiple markets. The role combines creative expertise, technical precision and production management to deliver key art, print, Out-of-Home (OOH), Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and digital campaign assets. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finishing, adaptation, localization and delivery of creative assets across print and digital platforms.
• Ensure creative consistency, brand accuracy and technical excellence across formats and markets.
• Coordinate production workflows with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Oversee artwork localization, color management, proofing, quality control and final asset delivery.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize production and streamline workflows.
• Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot production issues and identify improvements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in art and print production within an entertainment studio, creative agency or production environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with retouching, compositing, artwork extensions, adaptations and localization.
• Expertise in OOH, DOOH, digital, display and other print production formats.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into everyday creative production.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Print production knowledge: RGB/CMYK workflows, color management and high-resolution artwork finishing.
