Artworker (Print & Digital Production)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Artworker to turn design concepts into production‑ready artwork for both print and digital channels. You will be responsible for ensuring technical precision, accessibility compliance, and brand consistency across a range of corporate documents such as annual reports, interactive forms, and multi‑channel campaign assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality, print‑ and media‑ready artwork for annual reports, large enquiries, reports, and interactive forms.
• Produce Web‑accessibility‑compliant PDFs and 20pt PDFs following WCAG standards.
• Perform thorough quality checks on your own work and cross‑check the work of teammates to guarantee 100% accuracy.
• Apply expert typography, layout, and image retouching skills while managing digital assets.
• Version and adapt campaign assets for multiple formats and regions, maintaining brand integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced studio environment focused on annual reports and multi‑channel technical artwork.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of pre‑press and digital production workflows.
