About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to support our finance team. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, treasury operations and tax reporting while using advanced Excel tools.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounting entries, payments and treasury operations.
• Prepare tax reports and manage electronic invoicing.
• Generate financial and management reports using Excel tables, formulas and pivot tables.
• Maintain and update data in accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regimes.

Required profile

• High school diploma (completed secondary education).
• Technical degree in Accounting (mandatory).
• Advanced studies in Public Accounting (preferred).
• At least 3 years of proven experience in accounting, finance or treasury roles.
• Demonstrated job stability in previous positions.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel (tables, formulas, reporting).
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Knowledge of tax regimes and electronic invoicing (desired).

What we offer

• Salary of C 600 000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 07:30 am – 5:00 pm.
