Assistant Manager (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Associates. The role focuses on achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets within a fast‑paced beauty retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations and team leadership.
• Coach and mentor Sales Associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee inventory management, cash reconciliation, and store merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies and procedures, including point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Maintain high standards of personalized customer service.

Required profile

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of coaching teams.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Legal right to live and work in the country.

Required skills

• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
