Associate Clinical Specialist

About the role

Medtronic, a global leader in healthcare technology, is looking for an Associate Clinical Specialist in Bogotá. The role provides clinical and technical support during procedures and delivers on-site education to help achieve better clinical outcomes. You will work with clinical and commercial teams to promote the adoption of new technologies, support the growth of assigned accounts and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on-site education and clinical consulting
• Deliver field support to healthcare professionals so they can serve Medtronic customers and achieve the best patient outcomes
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans across one or more business units
• Take part in conventions, forums and meetings to raise product awareness and knowledge
• Work with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Commercial teams to support customers and sales
• Identify and help execute sales growth opportunities and clinical support initiatives
• Serve as a technical resource to support the sale of a specific medical device product or solution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical environments supporting medical devices
• Experience in cath lab or hemodynamics settings, supporting coronary and peripheral vascular procedures and working with interventional cardiologists, physicians, nurses and clinical teams
• Intermediate English (B2)
• Valid driver's license
