Associate Contract & Payment Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is looking for an Associate Contract & Payment Analyst in Bogotá. The role suits someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative and enjoys project work. It involves processing customer contracts and/or payments, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process requests to create contract records
• Nominate and link contracts in the HCPE Engage platform
• Partner with T&E Excellence and the legal department on LATAM and international HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
• Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements
• Perform audits on incoming requests
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and instructional documents for the assigned cluster
• Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email and systems
• Work cross-functionally and manage projects to completion, either alone or in a team
• Support a functional group on contracts and payments
• Monitor request, project, system status, budgets and task progress
• Help develop, implement and administer program and system guidelines
• Update and reconcile payment reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including 1-2 years with contracts or in a contract-related capacity
• Intermediate English
• Experience reporting and analysis is advantageous
• Experience in the medical device industry is advantageous

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office is advantageous
