Associate Director, Client Services

About the role

The Associate Director, Client Services provides strategic leadership for the Client Services function, setting vision, priorities and operational standards. You will guide Project Managers who act as trusted advisors for internal clients and partner with senior business leaders to align projects with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to Project Managers serving as primary contacts for internal clients.
• Guide Project Managers in understanding client needs and developing strategies that exceed business objectives.
• Collaborate with all business units to maintain and update the strategic calendar, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee planning and management of marketing and communications projects, coordinating with Creative teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, campaigns and initiatives in line with corporate and brand guidelines.
• Communicate progress, risks and milestones of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships across the organization to support seamless execution of projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience managing projects, preferably in a marketing or communications agency.
• Strong project management experience with multiple internal stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish (verbal and written).
