Associate - Expert Network & Sourcing

About the role

Infoquest is an expert network firm that custom-sources subject matter experts for consultants, investors and corporate strategists. As an Associate, you will act as the bridge between clients and experts, driving outreach, making calls, negotiating participation and hitting daily and monthly KPIs. The position is on-site in Bogotá (Torre 123, Carrera 7 bis) with one working-from-home day per week, Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Learn new markets quickly: industries, trends and client needs, and turn them into sourcing strategies
• Sourcing experts using LinkedIn, databases and online tools
• Initial outreach via cold calls, emails and messages
• Persuade and negotiate expert participation, handling objections and building trust
• Conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit
• Handle sensitive client and expert information in line with company policy and regulations
• Work toward daily and monthly targets on calls, outreaches and expert confirmations

Required profile

• 0-4 years of professional experience in business, research or client-facing roles
• Business-fluent English (C1/C2)
• Eligible to work in Colombia
• Time management and organization; experience managing multiple projects is a plus
• Bonus points for internships or experience in business, consulting or commercial fields, and for French fluency

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn and online tools to identify and qualify experts is a plus
• Proactive, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced environment
