Associate Specialist, Quality Operations

About the role

The Associate Specialist, Quality Operations supports the Regional Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with World Courier policies and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with operational teams to maintain high service quality for clients in the pharmaceutical logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and GDP standards across the assigned country.
• Coordinate internal and external audits (ISO, GDP, client) and prepare required documentation and audit responses.
• Participate in CAPA and complaint processes, including investigation, reporting, and tracking of corrective actions.
• Review and update local SOPs, work instructions, and quality agreements to ensure service standards are met.
• Provide training on quality topics and support subcontractor/supplier qualification.
• Maintain quality metrics in SharePoint and support risk management, change control, and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmaceutical chemistry or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a quality environment within logistics or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and GxP regulations (GMP, GDP).
• Ability to perform routine tasks under supervision and maintain audit‑ready records.
