About the role
ACI is looking for an Associate Technical Consultant to ensure first‑class delivery service for new and existing customers, helping them adopt ACI’s payment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze client business needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions using ACI methodologies.
- Collaborate with project delivery teams to resolve product issues and propose work‑arounds.
- Communicate regularly with Technical Consultants and project managers, providing status updates.
- Support regional business development and sales efforts for specific territories or accounts.
- Assist customers during implementation to ensure successful product adoption.
- Identify risks, gather necessary information, and suggest mitigation or contingency actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in technology, consulting or related roles (early‑career profiles welcome).
- English proficiency at least B2 level, able to communicate in a global environment.
