About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented AutoCAD Drafter with an architectural background to support our residential design projects. The successful candidate will translate sketches and plans into accurate construction drawings while collaborating with the design team.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings from supplied plans and sketches using AutoCAD.
- Perform layout work, drafting, and basic calculations for construction details.
- Provide timely updates on drawing progress and manage workload.
- Assist in estimating project time and material requirements.
- Support the department’s workflow by prioritising and assigning tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Strong engineering or architectural background with experience in residential projects.
- Upper‑intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Professional attitude, strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD for creating and editing drawings.
