Acerca del puesto

Apoyar el funcionamiento eficiente del área administrativa mediante la organización, registro y control de información, en un entorno inclusivo para personas con discapacidad.

Responsabilidades principales

Gestión y organización documental.
Registro de datos.
Tramitar correspondencia interna y externa.
Apoyar la gestión de agendas y reuniones.

Perfil requerido

Formación: bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses (no excluyente).
Certificado de discapacidad vigente o en trámite.

Habilidades requeridas

Orientación al detalle.
Trabajo en equipo.
Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas.
Servicio al cliente.

Lo que ofrecemos

Contrato a término indefinido.
Salario de 1.750.905 COP + auxilio de transporte.
Prestaciones de ley.
Horario de lunes a viernes 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
