About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen and Service Assistant to join our hospitality team in Bogotá. The role supports daily kitchen operations and front‑of‑house service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our guests while contributing to the company’s 70‑year legacy in aviation and culinary solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
  • Serve meals and beverages to customers in a courteous manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

  • High‑school diploma (bachiller).
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service within food‑related companies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
