About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bakery and Pastry Assistant to join our culinary team at GCG in Bogota. The role supports daily production, ensuring that bakery and pastry items are properly labeled, rotated, prepared, and presented while adhering to strict hygiene and food‑safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Label and organize bakery and pastry products correctly.
- Rotate breads and pastries, monitoring dates and conditions.
- Prepare breads, cakes and other items for service.
- Cut and portion breads and cakes according to established quantities.
- Verify the presentation and quality of all products.
- Keep the work area, utensils and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow hygiene and food‑handling regulations at all times.
