About the role

Key responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule and deliver finished bakery products to the designated points on time.
• Assist bakery staff with the preparation of breads, pastries, and puff‑pastry items according to company processes.
• Handle raw materials, supplies, and ingredients efficiently to minimise waste.
• Maintain organoleptic quality of products throughout the baking process.
• Participate in daily management meetings and complete the required logbooks.
