Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Banqueting Waiter/Waitress at Hilton, you will provide food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their experience special.
• Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system and deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
• Keep the service station fully stocked, clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
