About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Bartender and become the face of hospitality for every guest. You will create memorable experiences by preparing high‑quality beverages, delivering friendly service, and ensuring a safe, welcoming bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactive service.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to established recipes.
• Stock, organize, and maintain bar supplies, glassware, and perishables.
• Process cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor product quality, manage inventory, and ensure freshness of all beverage items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including handling intoxicated guests safely.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
