The Base Manager is a contract position located on‑site in Cartagena, responsible for overseeing daily base operations and ensuring compliance with KDT standards. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate logistics, and maintain operational readiness while upholding the company’s Code of Virtues.

• Experience in private security, military, or law‑enforcement is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Spanish required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
