Benefits Analyst – North America

About the role

The Analyst, Benefits – North America supports the Global Services HR team in delivering and administering employee benefit programs across North America. Based in Bogotá, the role collaborates with multiple countries, contributes to process improvements, and ensures compliance with benefit policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefit cases, resolving complex employee inquiries.
• Support leave of absence and time‑off programs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with external vendors and insurance providers to address escalated issues.
• Assist with annual enrollment, testing, communications, and issue resolution.
• Help implement new benefit programs, plan changes, and ongoing enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Total Rewards or Shared Services.
• Strong customer service, problem‑solving and case‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar case‑management tools.
• Ability to interpret benefit policies, plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
