Benefits Analyst – North America

About the role

The Analyst, Benefits – North America supports the Global Services HR team by delivering and administering employee benefit programs across North America. Based in Bogotá, the role collaborates with multiple countries, vendors, and internal partners to ensure a high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefit cases, resolving complex employee inquiries.
• Support leave of absence and time‑off programs, ensuring timely resolution.
• Partner with external vendors and insurance providers to address escalated issues.
• Assist with annual enrollment, testing, communications, and issue resolution.
• Help implement new benefit programs, plan changes, and enhancements.
• Interpret benefit policies and maintain accurate employee‑facing documentation.
• Perform benefits‑related transactions and data management using HR systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Total Rewards or Shared Services.
• Strong customer service, problem‑solving and case‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Workday or similar HR case‑management platforms.
• Experience with benefit vendors, enrollment platforms and HR technology solutions.
