Benefits Technology Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Benefits Technology Associate to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of benefits technology platforms for our U.S. clients. The role involves close collaboration with clients, insurance carriers, payroll providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee enrollments, eligibility updates, and benefits changes across platforms such as Employee Navigator.
• Configure and maintain benefits administration systems, support open enrollment projects, and implement new solutions.
• Analyze, validate, and reconcile benefits data, investigating and resolving enrollment or system issues.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, brokers, payroll providers, and HR teams to generate reports and maintain documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in employee benefits, insurance benefits administration, or HR technology.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (Employee Navigator preferred, ADP, Paylocity or similar).
