Bilingual Agent (Monday to Friday)

About the role

Profesor X connects bilingual talent in Colombia with law firms and medical providers in the United States. It is looking for motivated, service-oriented people with strong English communication skills to join as a bilingual agent on an indefinite-term contract, working full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday in Medellín, on site. No previous experience is required; fully paid training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English with clients and patients in the United States.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings and administrative activities.
• Organize documents and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to legal and medical professionals.
• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• High school diploma completed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• English at B2 level or higher.
