About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Sales Agent to join our on‑site team in Cartagena. The role combines outbound cold‑calling with inbound customer handling, aiming to promote our telecom offers and convert leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Receive and manage inbound calls from existing and potential clients.
- Present telecom offers and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle basic objections and follow up on leads when needed.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Required profile
- Motivated, results‑oriented sales professional.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conversational level of English.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Cartagena, Colombia.
- Previous experience in sales, call centres, telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM and sales systems.
