About the role

Join Bush & Bush Law Group as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, serving as the first point of contact for clients and helping them navigate their legal journeys. You will provide timely information, empathy, and support to ensure a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, delivering accurate and prompt responses.
• Collect and document essential case information, ensuring details are logged correctly.
• Assist clients with case updates and explain legal processes.
• Resolve client concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, schedule management, and file organization.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in a legal or office setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a client‑centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
