Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

SportStars, a fast-growing multi-sport organization offering youth programming, is looking for a driven, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative in Bogotá. The role combines high-volume customer contact with lead generation and enrollment conversion, and requires fluent English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails and follow-ups, and turn inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues and programs.
• Generate new leads through outreach, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and track interactions in CRM systems.
• Build rapport with parents and guardians, understand their needs and recommend the best-fit programs.
• Present program offerings confidently, overcome objections and close enrollments, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and program teams and share customer insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Goal-oriented, with a background in inside sales, lead generation or customer acquisition and a proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
• Experience managing leads and following up consistently in CRM systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
