About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to provide friendly and efficient support to our customers in English and Spanish. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, chat, or email while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer support via phone, chat, or email.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications while meeting performance goals.
- Take ownership of customer issues until resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Document interactions accurately and update customer information.
Required profile
- B2+ English communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets).
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
