Bilingual Customer Support & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for motivated, professional, and customer‑focused bilingual specialists to be the first point of contact for our customers in Barranquilla. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, chat and SMS, provide support, and convert inbound queries into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat and SMS.
• Deliver exceptional service, schedule appointments and educate customers on our services.
• Coordinate with internal departments, create support tickets and assist with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure professional communication across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, appointment setting, lead generation or sales.
• Strong interpersonal, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on‑site with flexible shifts.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM platforms, ticketing systems and online tools.
• Attention to detail and solution‑oriented mindset.
