Bilingual Demand Planner – Colombia (supporting Mexico)

About the role

UPL is seeking a bilingual Demand Planner to join its Colombia office and support the Mexico business. You will be responsible for forecasting product demand, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and providing supply‑chain visibility across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyse demand forecasts by region and product.
• Generate KPI dashboards (sales progress, inventory, forecast, inventory days) to monitor supply‑chain performance.
• Provide demand trend visibility to Logistics, Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Maintain product availability through timely replenishment and daily inventory reviews.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing to align supply strategies with commercial campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers to execute replenishment plans.
• Monitor customer orders and shipments to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in demand planning or supply‑chain planning.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in the agricultural industry.
