Bilingual Finance Trainer – Accounts Payable & Receivable

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Finance Trainer to deliver high‑quality training on Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C) processes for our operations team in Medellín. The role is based on‑site and requires fluency in English and strong finance‑operations knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for P2P and O2C teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher workshops for existing staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, manuals and documentation.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure process excellence and compliance with client standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer in Accounts Payable (P2P) or Accounts Receivable (O2C) processes.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and related workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Medellín, Colombia.
