Bilingual Financial Reporting Analyst (Financial Data Analyst)

About the role

A company based in Bogotá is hiring a bilingual Financial Reporting Analyst (also called Financial Data Analyst) on an indefinite-term contract, working 100% on site. The role prepares daily, weekly and monthly financial reports, updates dashboards and provides accurate, timely data that supports management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports
• Extract, compile and validate data from ERP systems and reporting tools
• Maintain reporting trackers, dashboards and documentation
• Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify data
• Deliver accurate reports within established deadlines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, FP&A or similar reporting functions
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English at B2+ level or higher

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite
