Bilingual Furnishing & Design Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Bilingual Furnishing & Design Coordinator who will manage the design, furnishing, and inventory of a portfolio of furnished apartments. The role focuses on standardising design processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality guest experience across all units.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external designers to set up new apartments.
• Create furnishing plans using floor plans, measurements, and property photos.
• Re‑furnish existing units that need upgrades or redesigns.
• Source and order furniture, décor, and household items from vendors such as Amazon, IKEA, Wayfair, etc.
• Review and replicate successful layouts within the same community while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain standard furnishing packages and approved product lists.
• Research vendors to balance quality, durability, availability, and pricing.
• Verify floor plans and measurements before purchasing.
• Maintain organised design files, product lists, and budgeting records.

Required profile

• Strong eye for interior design, furniture selection, and space planning.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience sourcing furniture and home furnishings, preferably in hospitality, short‑term rental, Airbnb, multifamily housing or corporate housing.
• Familiarity with U.S.‑based property management or real‑estate companies.
