Bilingual Marketing Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About the role

HERMOSA America S.A.S is looking for a proactive, highly organized Marketing Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish. Based in Cali, you will support regional operations and drive marketing strategies across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence in the LATAM market.
• Coordinate sanitary registration, renewals and compliance with INVIMA and other local authorities.
• Manage import/export processes, customs clearance and logistics with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain and support the network of distributors and regional agencies, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish and advanced/fluently written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, regulatory affairs (INVIMA experience is a plus) or international trade/logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities with high autonomy.
