About the role

AIMA, a healthcare revenue cycle management company, offers a full-time remote position as Bilingual Medical Assistant Administrator. The role supports clinical and administrative operations in a healthcare setting, working in two languages and within AIMA's revenue cycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and gather medical histories
• Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers in two languages
• Manage medical records and schedule appointments
• Handle patient inquiries and support billing and administrative workflows
• Ensure accurate documentation, maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations
• Provide responsive, culturally sensitive support to patients and clinical staff

Required profile

• Experience in a medical office environment, including scheduling, front-desk operations and administrative coordination
• Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and another widely used language
• Previous healthcare administration or medical assisting experience and relevant certification or training is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Required skills

• Medical assisting skills: patient intake, basic clinical support and care coordination
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and common clinical procedures
• Managing and maintaining medical records in EHR or practice management systems
• Basic knowledge of billing, insurance and revenue cycle processes is preferred
• Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools
