Bilingual Personal Injury Lawyer (English and Spanish) - Remote

About the role

Habtemariam Law Injury Lawyers is seeking a remote English and Spanish-speaking lawyer to join its fast-growing personal injury practice. Fluency in English is required, along with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members and deliver high-quality work. The position is remote, and pay is based on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform new client intakes
• Open and maintain client files
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies and medical providers
• Draft demand letters
• Filing and verifying balances, and prepare accounting
• Review and process faxes and emails
• Order and organize medical records and bills
• Assist attorneys in litigation and other legal matters

Required profile

• Fluent English and strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
• Spanish speaking ability is expected
