Bilingual Pharmacy Virtual Assistant (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English‑Spanish) Pharmacy Virtual Assistant to join LatinoPro’s remote team. The role focuses on optimizing patient care and pharmacy efficiency by handling medication refill requests, coordinating with providers, and supporting administrative tasks—all from a remote setting in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient profiles to identify upcoming or missing medication refills.
• Contact doctors’ offices to follow up on refill requests and update records.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow‑up communications with patients.
• Assist with medication inventory planning based on patient needs and cost considerations.
• Process invoices and provide general pharmacy administrative support.

Required profile

• Proven experience with pharmacy refill processes.
• Fully fluent in both English and Spanish with strong, patient‑friendly communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
