Bilingual Recruiter – Colombia Only

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Recruiter to join our fully remote team, focusing exclusively on candidates in Colombia. You will be the first point of contact, guiding applicants through each stage of the hiring process while maintaining a high standard of communication in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines using Breezy HR.
• Review and evaluate resumes for assigned openings.
• Conduct initial screening calls and pre‑selection interviews.
• Coordinate and follow up on required documents and assessments.
• Source candidates across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Torre.ai.
• Schedule and conduct video interviews.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Proactive, able to work independently.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong phone communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
