Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

This part-time, fully remote position is focused on sourcing, screening and placing bilingual (English-Spanish) professionals for U.S.-based clients. The recruiter will work 20 hours per week from Colombia, supporting both temporary and long-term placements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish job postings.
• Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate assessments and manage candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define role requirements.
• Conduct market research to refine sourcing strategies and grow a talent network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in staffing services and placement, handling multiple requisitions.
• Strong recruiting skills including sourcing, interviewing and offer coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in HR or recruiting.
• Knowledge of professional service sectors (law, real estate, healthcare) is a plus.
