Bilingual Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

A military family-owned, non-medical home care agency in Southern California that provides in-home care for seniors and veterans is looking for a proactive bilingual specialist to help run operations and drive expansion. The role covers client assessments, marketing campaigns and outreach coordination, and supports the agency's mission of helping seniors and veterans.

Key responsibilities

• Run phone and Zoom assessments with private-pay clients and schedule in-person assessments for the supervisor
• Manage email campaigns in Constant Contact
• Create social media content in Canva and engage audiences on Instagram and Facebook
• Find relevant events through the local Chamber of Commerce and coordinate with the on-site supervisor

Required profile

• Bilingual English and Spanish, with C1 or C2 English level
• Sales ability for phone and Zoom assessments with private-pay clients
• Proactive, strong communicator, team player committed to the mission, comfortable with the emotional side of care decisions and warm on assessment calls
• Preferred: experience in home care or healthcare sales

What we offer

• Full-time remote opportunity, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:00 Eastern Time, 20 hours per week, no weekends
• Payment in USD or local currency according to the candidate's preference
